1. Don't Rely on Influencer Marketing

Influencer marketing only helps with extremely short term spikes, it is not a logical strategy for long term. With influencer marketing, you also don't gain much customer data for future aqqusition or remarketing. Instead of influencer marketing, I recommend focusing on affiliate marketing as you can build a much larger presence across social media.

You can do this with i.e. invite link discounts, hosting giveaways, promoting independent sellers, seller levels & benefits etc. You need to attract sellers first, because they will start to build content for your website with their listings.

These are traditional marketing strategies that have proven to work in growing ecommerce & crypto marketplaces, such as Fiverr or Flippa for example.

2. Build Your Brand Image!

Also, for a marketplace like this it is important to build your brand strategy/image. Being transparent with your community and focusing on organic content marketing within Reddit communities and other social media platforms is going to very important as well.

Grailed, for example, does this by showcasing community outfits. You could do something simular by showcasing community NFT-s, etc.

3. SEO will Make or Break Your NFT Marketplace or Crypto Exchange

Seriously.. Do you even know what SEO means??

High volume search term based SEO strategy will probably be a pivotal factor in your growth since that will help you aqquire community members at $0 cost. Yahoo Finance, MarketWatch, Blockonomi articles + publishing 50 blog posts will be a good start to quickly start ranking on Google.
